Welcome to the first blog post on Let’s Eat!  Most of the posts will be dedicated to ideas I’veDiabetes Superfoods discovered that are healthy as well as good tasting, and for the most part, easy to incorporate into your life regardless of your circumstance.

Keep in mind the fact that anytime we apply something to our skin, put drops into our eyes, etc. we are, in essence, eating that item!  It is absorbed directly into our body without going through the digestive process.  So I’ll be posting other ideas that, while not entering our body through the mouth, can still be considered eating!

I’ll be starting with suggestions that can be used right away, with minimal lifestyle change.  These will include salad dressings, snacks, beans, seasonings, etc.   They should get you started on making some of those habit changes I talked about on the Let’s Start page.

What ideas do you have that can quickly be added to replace processed foods that have less than desirable ingredients?
